The area of a rectangle is 55 m^2 , and the length of the rectangle is 4 m less than three times the width. Find the dimensions of the rectangle.

expression: (l=length &w=width)>>>3w-4+3w=55

3w+3w=6w
6w-4=55
-4+4 cancels out to be 0 and 55+4=59
so now, its 6w=59
use the calculator and round. its 59 divided by 6 now.
