well this is an easy one. ok so you only have to times 7/2 by 2. That will equal 14/8

Cross- multiply

7/4=x/8

(7)*(8)=x*(4)

56=4x

Flip the equation

4x=56

Divide both sides by 4

4x/4=56/4

x= 14
