You would need to conjugate servirte which means to serve

Since the camarera is serving you then that means that this will be in the ella form. Since servirte is in the preterite form we need to put this sentence in the preterite form as well.

La camarera te sirvió huevos fritos y café con leche.

The waitress has served you fried eggs and a coffee with milk.
