LOL and how you would convert it is when you say a fraction EX:23 3/10, you say it like twenty three AND three tenths. So, you would write it as a decimal just like the way you would say it as a fraction.(Just think that the decimal point is the AND)EX: 23(.)3. The three is in the tenths place and it is called three tenths.
