How can we compute the pressure gradient? please list the variables needed to compute the pressure gradient.

A gradient is a gradual change from one thing to something else. Therefore, a pressure gradient is the difference of pressure between two points. It can be calculated by first knowing the pressure at these points and subtracting them (p2 - p1). Hope this helps.
