What you do is set up the expression and then substitute:
[tex] \frac{u(x)}{v(x)*x}=\\\\
\frac{x^{5}-x^{4}+x^{2}}{(-x^{2})*x}\\\\
\frac{x^{2}*(x^{3}-x^{2}+1}{x^{2}*(-x)}\\\\
\frac{-x^{3}+x^{2}-1}{x} [/tex]
So your final expression is [tex] \frac{-x^{3}+x^{2}-1}{x}[/tex].
