Solve for x 2x+22=4x+10

we have

2x+22=4x+10

we will subtract 4x from bothe sides

2x-4x+22=10

-2x+22=10

subtract 22 from both sides

-2x=10-22

-2x=-12

divide both sides by (-2)

x=6
