how many lines of symmetry does a triangle have

That depends on the shape of the triangle.

A scalene triangle has no lines of symmetry.
An isosceles triangle has one line of symmetry.
An equilateral triangle has three lines of symmetry.

If my hunch is correct, Watson, there is no triangle
with two and only two lines of symmetry.
