350/100 as a decimal is 3.5 but I'm not sure about the percentage.  Srry:(
350/100 would convert to 3.5 as a decimal and it would be 350%. Tip: An easy way to turn a decimal to a percentage is to just move the decimal point two place holders to the right, and if there is no number in the placeholder just make it a 0.
