63/9 would be the answer because 63 divided by 9 would be equivalent to 7/1 or 7.

so 7=7/1
to put a 9 in the bottom and make the fraction stay the same, multiply it by 1
or 9/9 since 9/9=1 so
7/1 times 9/9=(7 times 9)/(1 times 9)=63/9
